We will be performing IP Bandwidth maintenance at the Richmond (RIC1) data center. This maintenance is to conduct a hardware refresh on one of the two core routers. This is the first of two maintenance windows with the first one scheduled for 03/19/2026 and the second scheduled 03/26/2026. Engineers will divert traffic away from the device being replaced to minimize impact to customer services. There may be downtime for approximately one hour during the change window.

Any work on a live production system incurs inherent risk that may cause detrimental impact to service. While all efforts are being taken to minimize this risk, the risk is still present and could arise during the execution of the work. If this should occur, all efforts will be taken to minimize the duration of the impact.
